Changes in beta 2

Shortcuts 2.1 beta 2 is out and there are some great changes in this one:

- New actions to create and toggle alarms and timers directly.
- New Measurement actions
- Better AirPlay integration via HomePod
- New controls to stop sharing a shortcut
