Built-in sounds is a shortcut that uses the background sounds feature in iPadOS and iOS settings


You can choose from a menu

  1. Ocean
  2. Stream
  3. Rain
  4. Dark Noise
  5. Turn off the sounds

Then after that you have the option between

  1. 15 minutes of playtime
  2.  1 hour of playtime
  3. 2 hours of playtime
  4. Or no set timer
