What it does and how it works ?

Before jumping into shower

First, you need to start music in your fav app and then run shortcut

🚿🤩Warm water part:🤩🚿

Music will play for 4 minutes

Then 1 time sound will singnal start of

🚿🥶Cold Water part 🥶🚿

2nd sound in 15 seconds

3rd sound in another 15

You choose when to stop 😂

Then music will continue, meaning it makes sense to close water and get dry 🤗

It will propose to create Calendar event with logged time of shower to track sessions over time
