You can use this shortcut for auto send birthday wishes to your friends . First of all You set all of your friends birthday in contacts

Then you go to shortcuts automation .

1. Create automation
2. Select time of the day
3. 12:00Am
4. Ok
5. Then click on run shortcut 
6. And select automated birthday wishes
