Share an iCloud shortcut link, or copy a shortcut url and this will show you a load of information about the shortcut without downloading/installing
Shows: - Dependencies, any other shortcuts called from Run Shortcut - URLs any URLs found in the Shortcut - Comments, any comments found - Actions, list of Actions in the shortcut

This is the CopyAction Paste Parser by /u/schl3ck which you will also have to install, which also includes PlistParser by Todd Gehman.
