📊 Next Payments Widget – Workflow Description

This shortcut creates a widget that displays your upcoming payment information in one glance. It automatically fetches the next scheduled payment and shows the amount, due date, and payment status.

🔄 How it works

1. Trigger

   • The shortcut runs automatically when the widget refreshes or when you tap the widget.

2. Fetch Payment Data

   • Sends a request to the payment API / data source.

   • Retrieves:

     • Next payment amount

     • Due date

     • Payment description (subscription / bill name)

     • Payment status

3. Parse & Validate Data

   • Extracts the relevant fields from the API response.

   • Checks if a next payment exists.

4. Format Display

   • Formats the date into a readable format.

   • Formats the amount with currency.

   • Builds a short summary text for the widget.
