This simple shortcut tracks completing daily training. It simple tacks it you performed an exercise for a given day.
Track:
Triceps,Legs,Biceps,Back,Core,Chest

Only one Workout is added in any given day. When you hit Enter Workout you can only select one workout at a time. If you don't care about keeping it running widget go ahead and change the menu to select multiple.
The view shortcuts will show you a summary for the month and for the year. The daily detail for the current month will be displayed.
