Builds a menu of 1x1 color pixels to choose from and lets you scale them to a desired size, apply masks, overlay another image and save the result to the Camera Roll photo album.

Added variable assignments to eliminate erratic behavior.

Added Photo width & height reporting to make sizing the background more user friendly.

Try as I might, I couldn't get away from the loop to sort.

The speed of the color picker generation is comparable (on my iPad Mini 3 to a url based color picker)
