🛑 𝗜𝗻𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗹𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗡𝗼𝘁𝗲 𝟭 𝗼𝗳 𝟯: If you have 𝘯𝘦𝘷𝘦𝘳 installed a shortcut from an 𝗶𝗖𝗹𝗼𝘂𝗱 𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗸, you'll need to do the following:

1. Open the 𝗦𝗵𝗼𝗿𝘁𝗰𝘂𝘁𝘀 𝗮𝗽𝗽 and run any shortcut

1. Scroll to the bottom of the dialog and tap: 𝗔𝗱𝗱 𝗨𝗻𝘁𝗿𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝗦𝗵𝗼𝗿𝘁𝗰𝘂𝘁.
2. Complete the 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝗳𝗶𝗴𝘂𝗿𝗲 𝗧𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝗦𝗵𝗼𝗿𝘁𝗰𝘂𝘁 steps that will immediately follow.

WARNINGS:
- The following TEXT action contains a newline (\n). Do not change it as it is used in the DICTIONARY. (For some unknown reason, maybe as Shortcuts app bug, the newline value gets converted to a space when it is pasted directly into a Dictionary Text field.)
- In the DICTIONARY action, 'MyName' must match the name of this I shortcut.

Remove any problematic characters that could appear in the Device Name.

As Root is defined below, all settings for all iOS devices (for a given iCloud account) will be grouped together.

As an alternative, Root could be set to: MyName/Device Name (clean).

The Date (only) and Date & Time formats are set in the two actions below. By default, the 'Format Strings' are set as follows:

These can be changed if you prefer a different format in the text created by this shortcut.

Note that in the next several actions, a settings file is used. This file is located in the /iCloud Drive/shortcutName. With some shortcuts, it might also be appropriate to also have device-specific settings.

2. 'Start of Prefix' was explicated selected. In this case, determine P1 and loop back to display the main menu.
3. A prefix was selected from the menu. In this case, set P2 to the selected item and continue.

If a 'Start of Prefix' had been selected before a 'Date&Time&Author Prefix', the set the SoP based on the selection; otherwise use the default.
